The Le Jolie Summer Skin Calendar: What to Book and When
Jun 1, 2026

Most people think about their skin reactively. Something bothers them, they book something. Results show up, they wait until they need it again.
That approach works fine. But clients who think even a little bit more proactively get noticeably better results over time. The reason is simple: a lot of treatments build on each other, and summer has specific conditions that affect what your skin needs and when.
This is the calendar we walk our clients through when they want to get ahead of the season.
April and May: Get the Foundation Right
Summer skin starts before summer does. If you're waiting until June to think about this, you've already missed some of the best timing.
This is the window for anything with downtime.
Microneedling, more aggressive peels, resurfacing treatments. All of these deliver better results when your skin has time to heal and settle before you're spending extended time in the sun. Do a microneedling series in April and May, follow it with good SPF, and by the time beach season actually hits, your skin is in a completely different place than it was.
Botox and Dysport are also well-timed here if you're due. Two weeks after treatment you're fully settled, looking natural, and not thinking about it for the rest of the summer.
Collagen banking is a phrase that sounds trendy but describes something real. The treatments you do now stimulate collagen that continues building over months. The payoff shows up in August.
June: Transition Into Maintenance Mode
By June, the goal shifts. You're not doing anything that requires real downtime. You're maintaining what you built.
Diamond Glow Dermalinfusion works well on a monthly cadence and this is a great month to establish that rhythm. It keeps pores clear during a season when heat and sunscreen can cause congestion, and the hydration component is genuinely useful when your skin is dealing with more sun exposure.
If you've been thinking about lip filler, early June gives you enough buffer before summer really gets going. Two weeks for everything to settle and you're good.
IV hydration is worth adding here if you're spending a lot of time outdoors. Most people don't connect what they're doing to their body with what they're seeing on their skin, but dehydration shows up fast in summer. A drip every few weeks keeps things balanced.
July: Protect and Hydrate
July in LA is relentless. This is not the month for anything aggressive.
What your skin actually needs in July is consistent protection and hydration. SPF is a given, but we'd add a vitamin C serum in the morning if you're not already using one. It helps neutralize free radical damage from UV exposure before it turns into hyperpigmentation down the line.
Dermalinfusion and PRX Bio Revitalization continues to be your best monthly treatment. Keep up with them.
If you're doing laser hair removal, stay on your schedule but be diligent about covering treated areas. Skipping sessions sets back your progress.
One thing worth booking in July: a consultation for fall treatments. Resurfacing, more intensive filler work, anything you've been putting off. Mapping out your fall plan in advance means you're not scrambling in September.
August: Hold the Line
August is about not undoing your progress.
Heat, sun, travel, sweat. Skin takes a beating. This is the month where maintenance habits matter most and where skipping SPF or sleeping in makeup catches up with you faster than usual.
Keep your Dermalinfusion appointment. Don't pick at skin that's reacting to heat or congestion. Stay hydrated.
If you're dealing with mid-summer breakouts or unexpected congestion, come in. We can adjust your treatment based on what's actually happening with your skin, not what we planned for in April.
September: Reset
This is genuinely one of the best times of year to do skin treatments and most people don't think of it that way.
Sun exposure is tapering. Schedules are getting back to normal. Your skin is probably carrying some sun damage, uneven tone, or texture changes from the summer and it's ready to respond to treatment.
September is when we'd revisit microneedling, peels, and anything resurfacing. Your skin will thank you. And the results you build heading into fall carry you through the holiday season, which is its own whole conversation.
What This Looks Like as an Actual Schedule
To make it concrete:
April/May: Microneedling series, any aggressive peels, Botox if due
June: First monthly Dermalinfusion, PRX, lip filler if wanted, IV hydration
July: Monthly Dermalinfusion, PRX, laser hair removal maintenance, book fall consult
August: Monthly HydraFacial, stay consistent, adjust as needed
September: Microneedling or peel series, start the cycle again
You don't have to do all of it. But even picking two or three of these and staying consistent makes a meaningful difference in what your skin looks like by the end of the year.
Let's Build Your Actual Plan
Everyone's skin is different and a calendar that works well for one person needs adjusting for another. Come in and we'll put together something specific to what you're working with.
