Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to and late appointments may not be honored. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary forms. Treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.
STORE POLICY
All treatments are final sale. Products returned within 14 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of treatment scheduled. All services re-scheduled or cancelled on same day appointment or missed without notice will be charged 100% of treatment price.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Please alert us if you have a medical condition or are presently under a physician’s care. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure and heart ailments are of special interest to our Medi Spa professionals. We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.
